Recover deleted Iphone texts via spyware?

Hi, So my phone had gotten some sort of spyware put on it (i am not sure exactly what spyware) but now all of my deleted texts are somehow accessible and readable. how can i stop this process and delete the texts permanently? and how is this possible?

Update:

somehow there was a spyware placed in it with no jailbreak, making all my deleted texts view-able. once again not sure of the program

    It's impossible to get spyware on an iPhone. Unless you were an idiot and jailbroke it.

    Update: Sorry, but no. Spyware DOESNT EXIST for iPhones. It's that simple. You have something else going on.

    So why did it get spyware? And why have you not installed an anti-virus to remove it?
