i take about two naproxen sodium pills a day. is this bad?

i get a headache basically every day and it helps

but what are the affects of taking two a day every day, if any?

    Internal Bleeding. My husband learned that the hard way when he needed two blood transfusions that the naproxen made in his lower intestines.

    Naproxen is a bit strong to be taken for headache, usually it's prescribed for a different types of pain, post surgery or unmanageable back pain. It's not healthy for you, take something less toxic.

    Just follow the directions on the box or back of the bottle and it will tell you what maximum dosage is safe to take. Do Not take any more that the instructions tell you, in the period of time it tells you to take it.
