Hitler and Mussolini had total control if that's what you mean. They just wouldn't have got the Nobel peace prize

Not at all. He of course isn't going to gas 6 million people, but his political tactics are quite similar---he feels, as Hitler did, that racial tension and "survival of the fittest" are the greatest motivators of voters.
