My dog has a strange behavior when eating a certain treat .?

My dog has a strange behavior when it come to eating a certain treat. All treats she does the normal sniff, grab and eat. This goes for real bones, milk bones, chewies etc. However when I give her a greenie tooth cleaning treat she acts a bit weird. she will take it and wonder the house trying to hide it or find a corner to eat it. When she hides it some place she finds us and wines like she cant get it. After a few minutes of wining, she gets it and eats it. Sometimes hidden in a corner, others in plane view of us.

Any reason why she would do this with this one treat only?

There is no concerns here, just curious.

If someone gave me a hard green thing and expected me to eat it, I'd probably try to hide it too.

She wants to bury it for later. I've had several dogs that did that with rawhide.

It's more than likely, you dog doesn't like the durned thing. Try dentastix, my dog loved them.
