Mary had to leave the temple when she reached puberty. According to ancient Jewish custom a woman was considered ready for marriage once she started menstruating. So Mary was probably around 12 years old, but there was no physical contact. She became pregnant from the Holy Spirit - a spirit has no body. So she probably wasn't even aware of when she first became pregnant. So it is difficult to call this rape. Mary was considered an eternal virgin.

First, God would not rape a human. He would not treat a woman in such a horrible way.
Second, Mary was not raped.
I don't think your question is sincere.
I'll be glad to answer questions when there's a better attitude. Take care.

According to the lost books of the Bible, Mary was 50 when Jesus was crucified making her 17 when he was born. She was not 10, 12 or that young. She was 17. Old enough.

It was custom for all girls aged over 12~14 years to be married.
As mary was NOT married she would have been 11~14 years old.
At 14 she would have been sold if the parents could not afford local custom dowry.

1. Doesn't say how old she was.
2. She gave consent, so it wouldn't be rape.
3. For all we know, it was something akin to artificial insemination, which is also not considered to be rape.
