Your question is ungrammatical, and I am not sure what you are asking; but if you are asking why there is a high crime rate in Chicago schools, the answer is pretty simple: Most of the students attending conventional Chicago public schools are poor blacks and "Hispanics." Middle class whites and Asians get into specialized Chicago public schools that only accept academically talented students, or they attend private or religious schools.
