My daughter is complaining of stomach pains this morning. Is it okay to let her poop in her diaper?

I don't like changing watery pooped diapers but want her to feel better letting everything out. She 3 yrs old.

    if you dont like changing the diaper just help her sit up on the potty

    If she is only 3 and she is not feeling well, then I don't see any problem putting her back in diapers for this.
