@word I think he is asking about companies which do social media marketing on behest of companies selling a product or service. Just every other IT company offers this service. I cant help unless I know more specifics of what your target audience is and what kind of set up you have. Its best to ask others in your field for a reference as there is a lot to choose from.

the whole idea of social media is to use it yourself , how lazy can you be to ask for an agent also to open a social media account .. people can't get rid of them :)
