What's the most powerful Eevee evolution?
So I want to evolve my Eevee but I'm not sure which one has the highest max cp. Are they all the same, or does one have a higher max cp than the rest? I see people using vaporean a lot but is that the most powerful one? Answers appreciated!

Vaporeon has the highest CP potential.
There are charts online for calculating stuff like that. A popular one I know of only provides the base CP and IV's of the worst you could possibly get for each pokemon. Someone I know has taken that info alongside some other data and calculated the highest CP possible for each Pokémon.
While Vap may be the highest, you may want Jolteon. Out of the three, Jolteon is definitely the weakest with Flareon being in between. Depends on which direction you want to go, Vaporeon would be a good defender of a gym, but a higher CP one would be necessary to take down one as the only good potential pokemon that are effective against Vap are rare. Jolteon is I'd say, strongest among the common pokemon, but bad in the long run.
Whatever you pick, I'd say don't get Flareon unless you want exp and a complete pokedex. From what I've seen and experienced, Arcanine is just if not more common and much more powerful

It depends on what you need for your team. Sylveon was a great addition to my team. I have also been really liking jolteon
