What if I don't pay my vehicle diagnostics fee an they already gave me the car back.?

I already have the car an i signed saying I would come back next week an pay for the diagnosis but they never told me that there was a fee when I went in I have a Ford Fiesta an I was going to get the clutch replaced an said I had a squeak in the front then they hit me with a 65$ fee.

    If there's a written repair order that you didn't pay they can slap a lien on the car.

    They will eventually get their money the next time you take your car back there for service.
