What should Person B do, in your opinion?

Update:

Person A hurts person B. Person B decides not to acknowledge Person A or his actions. Over time further events happen, and Persons C, D and E hurt Person B, but not as much as Person A hurt Person B. Person B acknowledges the actions of Persons C, D and E but feels this is unfair to Persons C, D and E (why should Person B care about their actions when Person A hurt Person B far worse?) What should Person B do to restore justice and to leave all of these events behind, and start afresh?

Either person B has their issue with Person A resolved, or they don't.

The situations with Person C, D, and E are different situations and should have no bearing on the situation with Person A. Its person Bs choice on how to deal with each situation separately.

It's confusing when you put it that way. Please give fake names and put it in actual context/scenario.
