Then you're kind of screw. Just wait till it's daytime or make the trip to the pokestop.
Maybe there's a hack that can screw around with your gps so that it makes it look like you're somewhere when you're not.

Wait till the morning or spend i believe $.99 to get 20 pokeballs or u can evolve some of the pokemon u have enough candies for like a bunch of rattatas or weedles till u level up and ull get a few

PokeStops and money are the only ways to get them. (well, you do get them as level-up bonuses, but without pokeballs, you can't get XP to get the next level).

You have two options, go visit pokestops or pay real money for pokecoins to buy the balls.
