It's a toss up between Mezzanine by Massive Attack and Untrue by Burial.

It's a bit odd but my fav is side two of an album by The Smothers Brothers. (Two Side of The Smothers Brothers) On that back side they sing a number of songs without the silliness they are known for. I wish I still had it.

I don't know if you would consider this an album but mine is queens greatest hits, I have it on a cassette tape.
