Why douse my daughter private smell like pee every diaper change?

I been using wipes every time and it still smell.

    douse means pour a liquid over; drench.

    "Why DOES" is what you mean.

    You are most likely using cheap diapers. Try cloth diapers instead.

    Are you using disposable diapers?

    If so as well as the urine being in contact with her genitals, commercial disposable diapers contain formaldehyde releasing preservatives such as intimidation urea that in combination with bodily fluids causes a bad odour similar to urine or ammonia. Consider using cloth diapers instead, or at least switching to organic diapers if possible.
