I would suppose that depends on how well controlled it is, if you're allowed to drive, need a helper etc. And most of that would be local anyway so if one county didn't feel able to accommodate you another one might. If you want to be a case worker it might not be safe for you to possibly have an episode in someone's home who might be hostile.
