Is a reckless driving ticket a misdemeanor in PA for a 17 year old?
It involved an accident and when the police were about to leave he asked me" if I learned my lesson from this incident" I said yes and he said you might receive a citation or two in the mail. What are are the chances of getting them and what would they be for? I didn't get any tickets yet. Just concerned if I would get a reckless driving ticket is it a misdeamor and will it be on my record forever?
