Over the last few weeks I've been having a runny nose and cough. Have felt congested as well. Just over the last week or so I've noticed I can feel my heart beat all of a sudden and j usually didn't. I have been having shortness of breath but I think that is because I've been contested. (Every time i have a cold of some sort I have shortness of breath). Any tips or info would be great. I haven't had these before and I test my resting heart beat via Apple Watch it is normal around 60 or so. But if I climb a flight Of stairs it goes to abut 100 or so. My chest feels congested and tight as if I had a cold. Thanks

I have symtoms of diabetes like fatigue increased thirst and hunger and always tired. I am thirsty all day it seems but i do eat a lot of salty foods. My dad has type 2 so I used his tester. My fasting is around 70-80 and a few hours after eating I am 80-100. Thanks

I'm 17 years old and 6'2". I weigh about 240 but recently lost a couple pounds. I have a few symtoms like tiredness, fatigue, and always thirsty. I feel like crap all the time and weak. My dad has type 2 so he has a testing kit. My fasting was only 79 and a few hours after eating was 90. Please help me out.
