I am trying to lose my upper body fat. Should I do upper body workouts(w weights) or consecutive arm + back workouts (w weights)? :)?

    There is no way to "target" parts of your body. You just have to lose weight - and it comes off all over.

    Exercise is a poor way of losing weight - it's much more important to figure out what JUNK food is and stop eating it.
