It is called a Learner's Permit and if you're driving (with someone 18-years of age or older with a valid Driver's License), break a 'road law'............they you deserve a ticket.

Yes. In many states, getting a ticket while you have a learner's license will delay when you will be eligible to get a full license. Obey traffic laws, particularly the speed limits.

You can still be cited for ANY traffic violation. You can also be ticketed for some things that are not violations for people with a full license, such as driving without a licensed driver in the front passenger seat.

IF YOU BREAK THE LAW, YOU'RE getting a ticket and the penalty might be WORSE with onl;y a permit - you MUST have an Adult licensed driver with you at all times, so how are you doing something stupid enough to get a ticket for? - you could wind up having to wait an extra year for your license

OF COURSE! You think a Beginner's License is carte blanche against breaking the laws? (DON'T BELIEVE IT) Depending on the offense, you can even lose it (have it suspended quicker than if it were a regular license).

Sure. And if they're driving by themselves they can even get their car taken away and license suspended.

Yes, of course.
