Didn't pay ford diagnostics fee but they gave my vehicle back.?
I got my vehicle back from ford an the service advisor told me to come back later an pay the diagnostics fee but they never told me there would be a fee. What can happen if I don't pay it even tho they gave me the car back ? They did warranty work an I told them I heard a squeak in the front end but they never told me that they were gunna charge me a fee. Plus I don't have money to be paying ford for something they never told me.

If the warranty work was for the reason you brought the car in, then the diagnostic fee should be included. If the diagnostic was for an unrelated issue, then you're on the hook for the diagnostic charge. Should you choose not to pay, then they will put a mechanics lien on the car, and it's possible that they could repo the vehicle if you refuse to pay.
