Does this sound like cancer to you? Please help. Abnormal symptoms for a teenage girl.?
Hello, I know this is a weird question but it's extremely important.
I'm a teenage girl that hasn't had any health issues (that I know of), I'm a healthy weight for my height, etc.
*brace yourself for some bodily details, ugh*
Recently, I've been in a lot of pain.
It feels like I'm on my period all the time. Major back pain and pain near the pelvic area. I've had to pee a lot, and it's sort of uncomfortable when I do go... Pain in my right side (near my appendix, it's obviously not my appendix or I would've been dead weeks ago). Pain in left lower side of my back and front, near my ovaries. Also, lots of discharge. (GROSS) Lots. It's sort of yellowish and chunky.
As far as... #2 goes, I know I have a hemorrhoid (sorry, this is gross. :( ), and I've been seeing a blood. One day, it was a lot... looked like I had my period. Disgusting. I've gone from constipated, to getting diarrhea, to being normal, to whatever... always blood when I wipe. So gross. It feels like I'm shi**ing knives, it hurts so bad. I have to strain, I know it's not good but I have to nowadays.
My mom is trying to get ahold of a doctor, but I have a job now (got hired this week) and I'm going on a trip next week (will being in a plane make this worse?!?). What am I supposed to do?! Please help, any advice or diagnoses would be great, I'm in constant pain and I'm really scared. This is not healthy for anyone, especially someone as young as I am.

On the one hand it sounds like you have an infection. You need to find out whether it's BV or a yeast infection to treat it, but it's no biggie and easily treatable. Secondly, see that your hemorrhoids get dealt with. They sound pretty severe, esp for a teenager. Once you deal with that you will feel a lot better. You do have to take care with your diet to keep your stools are exit friendly as possible. Drastically cutting back on caffeine helps a lot. Google "good pasture for defecating" or similar because how you sit on the toilet has a bigger bearing on whether you need to strain or not. Straining only causes a vicious circle of pain.
In this case your health is the most important thing. A job that doesn't let you go to a doctor's appointment with advance notice isn't worth having. You only get one body.

Honestly it sounds to me like you have an infection, maybe more than one infection.
Whatever it is, getting it checked out and taken care of is much more important than your job right now.
Do whatever you have to do to see a doctor before you travel.
