I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica that while I am driving stops suddenly?

Can anyone give me some ideas of what would cause my Pacifica to stop while I am driving.after a few minutes it will start again.I replace the fuel pump and relay was ok.

    pull the codes form the car's computer after it next stops
