Can the Sheriff has the right to hold the Writ of execution due to its non-belief that a minority can get it in its trial of the case?

    "Does" a sheriff have the right.....

    A "writ", as in a court order, does not hold any beliefs. It is merely a legal manner of expressing the will and directives of the court according to the rule of law.

    The remainder of your post is nonsensical.........

    Such makes it extremely difficult to answer your post and possible assist you.

    As with most things dealing with humans, the ability to communicate clearly and precisely is very important.
