How to fix my Google Chrome?
Every time I open a tab, it turns black with a frowny face on the tab. I also have some pinned tabs, and when I unpin and exit them they still appear with the frowny face. None of the pages are responding.

Right click the START icon → right click Google Chrome → Uninstall
Restart the computer → open another browser such as MS Edge and download a fresh install of GC

You need to update your Chrome and disable the extensions.
