    Wait till your mom says you can kiss him might be when you are 400 :).

    Its your life get control dont let others tell you what you should or want to do . Do it if you want to.

    of course not! Im 14 and have gone a lot further than that! (not sex of course bahaha) but you should respect what your mom says or you could get into trouble. Although I think thats ridiculous.
