No. It will have to be replaced. Just like the rest of the electronic items that were plugged in when your house was struck by lighting. It is also considered an act of God, so your insurance will not replace it.

Mine was replaced under the 1 year sony warranty i just called them and let them know it wasn't working. I just didn't tell them that lighting had struck it. I just told them it stopped working out of nowhere. They sent me a new one in 15 day's. I also told them i had been a customer since ps1 i don't know if that helped but they sent me a letter thanking me for years of loyalty.
