For me it's gotta be "When You Gonna Drop" by Lil Boosie, off his underappreciated classic album "Bad Azz." It sets the tone for the rest of the album and always makes me want to keep listening to the rest of the album, unlike some intro songs that make me want to go to a different album!

I think Tribe's Beats, Rhymes & Life went right into a song instead of any skit, etc.
