Why do people make a playlist on iTunes or something, and then call themself a DJ?

People like Daft Punk are real DJs. They are actually busy making music on their tour. But almost every party I've been to has a "DJ" that just puts in a mixtape and calls him/herself a DJ. WHY?!?

    A DJ is someone who plays music and not always who makes music.A dJ is a disc Jockey.

    Because people with no talent want to be apart of the Music scene
