The combinations you list aren't well matched for mildly serious photography.
I would go with the D7100 and the Nikon 85mm f/1.8 if you are serious about this endeavor.
The prices you list seem low for the D7100 + 18-140 combo. Watch out for grey market equipment or bait & switch tactics.
I think you are trying to say you want selective focus (narrow depth of field). Boke is the quality of the blur, not how much blur. The 85mm f/1.8 is a highly regarded portrait lens. I would avoid manual focus lenses unless this is just a hobby.
