What is happening to Charlton Athletic recently?

A semi-popular Twitch.tv streamer is talking and ranting about it but he is too emotional to really explain it so I'm eager to get a neutral view

    I think he was a season ticket holder who was asked by the club to sign some sort of good behaviour contract before he was allowed to use his ticket. Apparently he's been pretty abusive on line and the club wants to stop it.

    They got relegated to league 1, and their best manager of all time Alan curbishley said he'd never go back to them because their in a too awkward situation.
