I get dizzy when I stand up because of low blood pressure, but sometimes my whole body jerks and twitches uncontrollably?

So I have had low blood pressure for a while and when I stand up I get dizzy and lose my vision for a few seconds. Occasionally my back and arms twitch a little. A few minutes ago though, my whole body was jerking badly. I dropped my phone, hit my hand on the wall. It was pretty much my whole body except my legs which felt weakish. It lasted about 30 seconds. I have had many blood tests and everything looks good. I have also been scanned for a tumor because of vision problems and that was all good. What could this possibly be? Just a low blood pressure side effect? Or something more?

Probably just low blood pressure I have that too I tend to be close to sitting down when it happens so I'm all good. The most mines lasted were 5 seconds and I fell back. They usually last 3 seconds with a few seconds of disorientation and hardcore light headedness.

Yes, definitely see a doctor. To start, there are medications available to increase that blood pressure. Might want to google "Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome"

    http://myheart.net/pots-syndrome/ is one site.

It could be hundreds of things from just anemia to a brain tumor. Go see your doctor.
