Idk what to do caught him kissing another girl ): PLZ HELP?

this guy and i kissed b4 he left for the usmmer and told eachother how we felt, he had told me we should keep in touch and hang when he gets back. weve been talking for 2 months and everytime weve hungout weve kissed and been very flirty. he always makes these jokes and hints that he likes me. but ive heard that hes a big f-boy....however i decided to ignore what they said and just go along with it. so last night he was high and drunk and we kissed for the longest time then when we go up to the club i see him kissing another girl...apparently he kissed 3 girls that night..and that night i told him how i rly felt and he said hes afraid of relationships because he isnt good at them since his old ones ended rly badly...we texted today and i confronted him and he said he rly isnt ready to give me up but he isnt ready for a relationship and that he rly likes me and that we should meet up and talk about this in person over lunch.. I HAVE NO IDDEA WHAT 2 DO.. IVE BEEN THROUGH **** relationships 2 and i do kind of see things from his point of view since ppl lied to him and said fake stuff about me to him which got him jealous...BUT STILL PLZ HELP
