Seriously, Duran vs. Pacquiao?
Big fan of both, but who'd win at 147, 15 rounds? Yeah, old school 15 rounds!

Depends on which version of Duran shows up.
Is it the fat, under-trained version that was prevalent to enter the ring throughout his career?
If it's this version, then Pacquiao would simply beat him and win by points easily. It would be a wide UD victory for Pacquiao - as Duran would gas.
If it is the version of Duran that showed up against Carlos Palomino or Sugar Ray Leonard 1, then Duran breaks Pacquiao down and destroys him by rounds 12-14. Duran by TKO stoppage.
Duran actually stunned Leonard in their first fight, and Leonard was: 1. a natural Welterweight (something Pacquiao isn't) 2. better defensively than Pacquiao 3. more athletically gifted than Pacquiao (for Welterweight division).
Pacquiao really struggled with a boxer-puncher that counters very well (i.e Marquez). Duran (when properly trained) was a fighter that was too advanced, too experienced, and too savy for Pacquiao. Esteban DeJesus was a faster version of Marquez down at Lightweight that Duran had to face. He forced Duran to evolve, and Duran did by stopping him savagely in their 2nd & 3rd fight. Pacquiao struggled with Marquez in his entire career. Pacquiao's only chance would be in the first 4 rounds - where his awkward movement, punch selection, and foot speed would force Duran to think a little. But once Duran sees that pattern - it's a wrap.
Freddy Roach has stated himself that he would pick Duran to stop Pac late (although he may have been referring to a Lightweight fight).

IF you refer to both boxers in their prime... it would be a GLORIOUS match-up. If Pacquiao doesn't hurt Duran in the early rounds, the edge would definitely go to Duran who'd capitalized in the later rounds due to his experience and endurance to go the distance. Duran didn't LOOK fast but that is deceiving; he was a warrior who didn't just throw punches in bunches but, rather, conservatively and well-planned. Yes, Pacqui would dominate the early rounds but Duran was an extremely crafty fighter who would wait patiently for an opportunity to get at his opponents to open up and make mistakes he would capitalize on. So, it would be a matter of who could impose his will on the other, and anything past the 7th-8th rounds would favor the more experienced Duran (look up how many fights Duran had... the NUMBERS alone will give you an indication of his skills and ability to remain among the top fighters throughout his career). No disrespect to Pacqui; fighting him in his prime was like fighting an octopus with fists coming from every angle but, remember what happened to Pacqui vs Juan Manuel Marquez IV 2012. There IS a reason why Duran is considered among the best fighters of all time.

If duran will not be able to knock pacquiao out, then he is in big trouble...Pac is never been a gunshy type of fighter. He will throw punches, like only a few fighters can do...And he will beat duran..
