I am worried about my eating habits?

Lately I've been through a lot in life. I've never really had a schedule when it comes to eating it was mostly eat when I'm hungry type of thing. Now I feel like my eating has changed it's as if I am forgetting to eat and even if I feel my stomach growling I'm either occupied with something and push off eating until a little bit later. It just keeps getting put to the side something that isn't a priority and my mind I guess. When I finally eat its because I'm feeling ill from not eating and that's when it clicks to me like "oh I haven't eaten all day!" Its not an everyday thing some days I'll eat regularly you know breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in-between meals. some days I eat smaller only twice or once a day and other days I have to force my self to eat because of loss of appetite. I don't know if its stress because there's so much going on. I don't really know what to do if it is a problem. Any feedback is highly appreciated!!!

    You should eat every 3-4 hours starting in the morning with breakfast.
