How do you explain the reason for leaving a job you didn't like in an interview?

I work at a doctor's office and have only been there for a few weeks, and I'm already ready to move on. The practitioners are great people, but the office is doing some things that I don't agree with morally and cutting some (pretty important) corners. There are unlicensed employees performing procedures that legally require a professional license. Medical records are being "fluffed up" rather than entered in detail so they have more time to see more patients. The doctors know what is going on and I just can't work for a place who practices like this. Any advice?

Chances are if you say it just wasn't a good fit, they will ask to explain or expand your answer, why wasn't it a good fit, why would their place a business be a good fit for you. What are your goals and how do they fit into their office.

You never want to bad mouth your last job. If pressed keep your respond general. I am detailed oreintated and like to follow procedures to a T. My goal is to make sure I help your office run as smoothly as possible.

You just say that it just wasn't a good fit. That your goals were not the same as yours.
