Can clinical thermometer be used to measure coconut oils' boiling point?

    MO!!!

    A clinical thermometer has a very narrow range of temperatures (90 - 105 f) or (30 - 45 C). This is to correspond with natural functioning temperature of the human being.

    No, this would destroy the thermometer. It is designed to measure a human - it cannot read that high.
