Does my dog have a yeast infection?
Near my golden retrievers ear there is a dark liquid on top of the fur there that smells extremly bad and she seems really mopey and not herself. Does she have a yeast infection it's not actually by her ear or in it its like right next to her ear not on the floppy part though. In bringing to the vet now. She is a female and 3 years of age.

Take a good sniff of each ear. If it smells very very bad, your dog either has an ear infection, a yeast infection or may have ear mites. You will need to take the dog to a Vet. No one here can examine your dog online. Plus, there are no Vets on this site. a visit to the Vet is a MUST.

Take them to the vet to find out. We aren't vets and only a vet can diagnose it by given them an exam.
