If God has a perfect plan for earth and humans, Why aren't they praising him for quake in Italy yesterday?

I saw the Pope leading prayer for God to comfort the survivors, injured and dead. He is the one that inflicted it, if you believe the teachings.

Update:

"He" means "God". God caused the earthquake, as he also causes cancer, tsunamis, genocide (he even commanded genocide in OT). If you praise him for his plans and creation, shouldn't all the horrible events be praised equally as "part of God's plan"?

God warns that earthquakes will happen and they do.

People suffering in such natural disasters is not an indication of the state of those people's souls. That is a horrible thing those people are going through. Prayers for searchers to find them and medical people to help them and heal them, as well as for God's Holy Spirit to be comforting them and guiding them through this time are what God appreciates.

Luke 13:2 KJV And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Proverbs 10:12 KJV Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

1 Peter 4:8 KJV And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.

The rebellion of satan in the first age, caused the katabole that ended that first age. The katabole was extreme and caused the land mass to separate into the continents (check out Ash Falls Fossil Bed site in Nebraska http://ashfall.unl.edu/ashfallanimals.html ), tilted the earth off from magnetic north and caused the jet streams which cause extremes in weather among other things. We are currently in that second age. God will restore the earth for the third age of eternity.

God didn't make this earthquake in Italy...

God will end this worldwide humankind suffering:

"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. 2 I also saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God and prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:1-4. Bible).

@G C - "Hard to discuss truth with those who are blind to it, so, I won't even try, even thought god COMMANDS me to, in 1 Peter 3:15.

Knowing this, yet specifically, willfully violating this commandment from God, I have now sent myself to Hell.".

    1 Peter 3:15

15 But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,

Yes it is ridiculous for victims of religions to pray, for anything.

Bible god has a few issues with realty.

Clearly bible god is not all powerful or all knowing.

Or it is and it's a complete f wit

God does not cause bad things to happen. Does he, though, incite others to commit vile deeds? Not at all. “When under trial,” state the Scriptures, “let no one say: ‘I am being tried by God.’” Why? Because “with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he himself try anyone.” (James 1:13) God does not try, or test, anyone by inciting him to behave badly. God neither causes bad things to happen nor incites others to do what is bad. Who or what, then, is to blame when bad things happen?
