does the largest shareholder of a company like google or youtube have the power to autonomously illegalize free speech?

i'd say yes

    Nope...at best, the largest shareholder could propose some form of censorship on their one platform, but they would have no control over free speech in general and of course there is no guarantee the largest shareholder would have enough clout to pass any sort of censorship motion.
