Ssi disability FLORIDA?
I'm in Florida, and I receive SSI disability for my minor son. Last year I got a Felony. This year when I fill out the Payee report they asked if I had a felony since the last year. They said I didn't fill it out. But I could of sworn I put NO
The guy told me to fill it out again . Because he probably knows I'm lying. Will I receive the benifets anymore because of my felony. It's for my minor son.

BTW, social security and SSI are FEDERAL benefits - doesn't matter what state you live in - the rules and regulations are the same nationwide.
If you are a fugitive FELON (4901, 4902 or 4999) you cannot be a payee. If you've been arrested or those warrants dismissed you can still be a payee BUT it is up to the discretion of the claims rep - it depends upon your felony. Felons cannot be payees while they are in jail or prison. If you were or are a fugitive then yes, they received a notice. Do not lie over your signature - that's fraud.
