Moving away and can't stop crying?

I'm 21 and am moving 1100 miles away from home to go to college. I feel really sick to my stomach and can't stop crying. Any advice?

    It's ok to be upset - this is a big change. Allow yourself to feel how you feel without judging.

    It is most likely that once you are settled in the new place you will start to feel less homesick.
