What's a good mouthguard for sleeping/grinding teeth?

I grind my teeth in the middle of the night and in the morning my jaw locks up and is very sore.

I went to one chemist and asked for one, and it was a sleeping mouthguard as I wanted (for grinding), I have moulded it to my teeth, tried so many times to get use to it but end up taking the mouthguard out through the night, it's chunky / big, I can't swallow my saliva with it in, and its hard to breathe with, I feel like I payed $40 for a sports mouthguard, it's ridiculous, it's so uncomfortable.

I want something that isn't so chunky, what do you recommend?

Try to look on Amazon. There are some good ones. Since I do not know your medical history, you may have to go to the dentists for it or you can Amazon it
