how do I change profile picture?

You can only do this if you have a camera icon on your account. Go to Account Info under the gear, Personal Info tab and click on the camera icon if it is there. If not you won't be able to. Avatars and the editing of profiles were disabled more than a year ago. They are making changes to them. No one knows when or if they will be enabled again.

1... sign in to your account info page...

2... from "personal info", click the camera image...

3... choose the photo you'd like and click open...

4... edit the photo by cropping or rotating it...

5... click crop and save when you're happy...

• image file size: 5mb (maximum)

• file format: ...jpg, ...png, ...jpeg

• image resolution size: 192x192 (minimum)

The option is still being tested and comes and goes for a very limited number of people.

When you go to Account Info under the gear there will be a camera by the avatar. Click to change. If there is no camera you must wait.

That's the million dollar question. I don't think it's possible any more. I've been hearing for over a year that Yahoo is working on fixing it.
