Why do I show as a question mark instead of my name?

    Yahoo seems to be fixing something again. You can always go to the Y!A preferences and see if you can change the Y!A nickname. If it works then come back to your question and let others know.

    Click avatar/name in the left column.

    Click "edit preferences".

    Click "edit" after the nickname.

    If the nickname there is not a ? then any change is probably a waste of time.

    That is a longstanding glitch with the avatars. Ignore it.
