FaceTime for Windows 7?

Does anyone know if I can download FaceTime to run on my Windows 7? If so, where?

If not, is there any way to connect my iPhone to my laptop to make it work?

Please don't simply suggest Skype.

    You cannot download FaceTime for Windows. You cannot project FaceTime to the PC either. You have to use Skype or Google Hangouts or some other similar software that is available for Windows.
