My signature has been replaced with a Question Mark. Why?

For some reason my signature here on YA has been replaced by a question mark instead of my name, Justin. I'm sure I must have hit something wrong, but I'll be damned if I can find it. Also, how does one upload an icon instead of the blank image? I've looked in the Preference section, but don't see it.

    At those times when there is a server down or some other problem has slowed the Yahoo webpage and it can't reach your nickname to show it, it substitutes a question mark rather than make you wait. It will eventually be fixed, nothing you did and nothing you can do to fix it.

    That is a longstanding glitch with the avatars. Ignore it.

    You didn't do anything wrong. Mine is doing the same thing. Don't worry, it will be back.
