Job interview!! any tips?

Edit

I was give question by a friend who works there and was told that these are the question they will be asking. I was told to answer them using the STAR model.

I'm not too sure how to answer them, so I was wondering if anyone of you would answer them and give me an example to see.

here are some of the questions:

1- describe a situation that required you to take a prompt decision when dealing with a customer?

2- Describe an example of how you communicated a new idea to others?

3- Tell me about a time when you have been part of a successful team?

4- Tell me about a time when you needed to organise your on time to complete a project?

and if you have any tips for me please tell me.

can you please use the star module for your answers:

Situation:

Task:

Activity:

Result:

Thank You

Have you held a job before or will this be your first? That will change how you answer them

    1) A customer seemed to be upset with their order and began to stalk back up to the counter. I made the decision to ask the next customer to please wait and quickly acknowledged the gentlemen, "Sir,is everything okay with your order? Is there something I can do to help?" By approaching him in a friendly proactive way I was able to get him the forgotten item quickly without needing to defuse a more heated situation at the counter.

    2) At school we had a group project to work on and I was the only one that had used Google Slides before. I used my chromebook to show them how we could all easily work on the group project and be able to proofread each other's work easily.

    3) At my school I belong to the Best Buddies program. Together the regular education and special education students work on projects and attend school events together. Recently, our school had a color war pep rally. Our team helped our buddies add ribbons to their hair and paint on paw prints so we could all share out school spirit.

    etc...
