What if the mechanic didn't fix the problem?

So I'm usually good at cars but my clutch becoming loose and was an obvious leak so I took it to California Auto Services. They said it was a line (I coulda fixed it myself honestly) but I pushed it there cause it's 3 blocks away so I had them fix it for $160 . It was a temporary rig becaus a day and a half later the leak begins again and the clutch is loose. My buddy and I take a look and see the leak is coming from the slave cylinder , so we fix it and bam, no more leak and clutch had great resistance. My question is if I have the receipts from the mechanic with a 90 day warranty and receipts of the piece I bought can I get my money back? Because they didn't fix ****.
