When you reach level 2 that will get rid of the 20 answers daily limit for level 1.
You get points answering questions (2), choosing best answers to your questions (3) any time after 1 hour from asking and getting best answers (10 points and 1 for any thumbs up it has).
You lose 5 points asking questions and lose 10 points if your questions are reported as violations.
Each day answer your limit with good answers so you may get some Best Answers.
You can answer 20 questions a day at level 1 and ask 5 questions. When you reach level 2 @ 250 points you can answer 80 a day and ask 10 questions.
The points table linked below summarizes the point values for different actions.
You can get 20 points taking the guidelines quiz. Look bottom left and click About and
then Community Guidelines./info/community_guideline...

The only way to do that is by increasing your level. The answer limit will increase.

Once you reach level 2, you'll be able to ask and answer more. Just answer your limit, pick BA on your questions, and you get 10 points if your answer is chosen as best on other's questions.

Get a job at Yahoo headquarters, become the president of the company, and invoke that rule. Otherwise it's a site rule, and complaining about it will get you reported.

Its been here for years, so I doubt its going anywhere. That's just the way its set up for levels 4 and higher. So its a "them" issue, not "I".

You can't, that is Yahoo's max number of questions per user per day.
Open a second account to ask more.
