How do i set my own as primary?
My psn isn t the primary and my brother was doing this thing where on his ps4 and my account he could get free dlcs so I told him to inactivated my account of his and he did but now on my psn I can t active as primary. WHY!!!!#

You mean setting your Playstation as YOUR primary Playstation?
If he went onto your account on his PS4 and set it as his Primary, you will need to go back into your account on his PS4, and deactivate it, then you should be able to activate your account again.
